Welcome! Thank you for visiting my website.

Be who you want to be today, don’t put off living life! I aim to help my patients make the most out of life now. I am dedicated to helping others reach their full potential. My approach is to understand the deeper layers and help with concrete changes through evidenced-based methods. I work from a developmental and holistic framework to meet your unique needs. I integrate mental, physical, and socio-environmental factors into assessment and therapy.

I have specialized expertise in anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, phobias), insomnia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD (attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder), and psychotic-spectrum disorders (e.g., schizophrenia). I have extensive professional and personal experience with maternal wellness, including struggling with infertility. I offer specialty assessments and scientifically-based treatment modalities for these conditions. For children, I primarily specialize in working with children struggling with an anxiety disorder (e.g., OCD), and teens exhibiting concern of a psychotic disorder.

Within these specialties, I help people:
- Create long-term changes.
- Find relief from past painful experiences.
- Regain control in their lives.
- Improve relationships.
- Getting to the root of their problems.
-Live authentically.

I offer specialized assessment services for ADHD (attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder) and Emotional Support Animals (ESA). Currently, I offer ADHD assessments for adults. I plan to launch ADHD assessments for children and teens in the next few months (estimated March 2026).

A little bit about me, I have been working in the mental health field for approximately 18 years. I began working in mental health during my undergraduate studies at Cal Poly SLO. I have worked with a variety of ages from young kids to the elderly. I am a mother to 3 boys, wife, dog mom, reptile mom, cat mom, avid runner, and psychologist. I also work as an Adjunct Professor in the online graduate mental health counseling programs at American International College in Springfield, MA. My work and being a mom taught me how important it is to recognize the developmental stage we are at in life. The older I get; the quicker life is going, and I believe we should optimize each day.
