Current Fees:
Standard new patient intake (60 mins.) = $215
Standard 55-minute therapy session = $190
Ecotherapy (outdoor therapy, 55 mins.) = $205
Couples Session (55 mins.) = $215
Diagnostic Assessment interview (90 mins) = $375
PAWsitive Life evaluation (55 minutes) = $125
Adult ADHD assessment (120+ minutes) = $525 -650
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) assessment = $350-450
Combined PAWsitive Life + ESA assessment = $400-500
*Revised January 2026, rates stay the same for at least 12-months from the initiation of services.
INSURANCE
California, Montana, and Wyoming ~ In-Network with the following insurances:
- United HealthCare (Most plans with UHC, see below)
- I am not in-network with UMR and GEHA. For UMR and GEHA, I am an out-of-network provider.
- Optum
- Lyra EAP
Please note that ADHD assessments services is only offered at a cash rate. I can bill for the initial one of the two live visits to insurance, the remaining fees are paid out-of-pocket.
For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider. I will provide you with a Superbill after each session or upon your request. You can submit this directly to your insurance for partial reimbursement for an out-of-network provider, there is no guarantee of reimbursement. Please contact your insurance directly to inquire about reimbursement options for seeing an out-of-network provider. I am happy to help discuss questions to ask your insurance company via this option.
I am also registered with Reimbursify and Thrizer, which are companies who securely submits Out-Of-Network (OON) healthcare claims to your insurance and keeps track of the claim every step of the way.

Payments accepted:
- All major Credit cards.
- Venmo.
- Check or cash for in-person patients.
Final note, if you have a Health Saving Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) you can use these for therapy services.
