Pawsitive Life + Emotional Support Animal Assessment 

This service combines the elements of Dr. Pollock's Pawsitive Life and the Emotional Support Animal (ESA) assessments, if you meet the criteria for an ESA letter, your letter will be issued after the completion of three appointment over the course 31+days. 

This combined service includes:

  • This fee includes THREE appointments of 45-55 minutes, including diagnostic assessment measures over the course of 31+days.
  • Plus, a 4th follow-up appointment (45-55 minutes) approximately 2-4 weeks after your new pet joins your family.

Fees:

$500 total 

Fees can be paid upfront or over the course of 3 payments.
