Adult ADHD Diagnostic Assessment

I provide a focused ADHD diagnostic assessment designed to determine the presence of ADHD as well as other possible psychiatric diagnoses. This service prioritizes a structured diagnostic interview, supplemented by research-based self-report assessment inventories. Please be aware that this assessment does not include comprehensive neuropsychological testing.

The evaluation process is organized into two 60-minute live sessions, which are available either in-person or via telehealth. Between these two appointments, you will be asked to complete several self-report assessments at your own pace. After you finish these assessments, we will meet again for the second session.

Once the second visit concludes, you will receive a comprehensive report, typically ranging from 5 to 10 pages in length. This report will be delivered within 7 business days of the completion of your two assessment sessions. If desired, you may also schedule an optional 30-minute live session to review your testing results.

Currently, I offer ADHD assessments services for adults (ages 18+). I plan to launch ADHD assessments for children and adolescents within the next few months.

Fee Structure

Live testing sessions: $225 per hour

Report fee: $75

Optional 30-minute testing feedback session: $125

Total fees: $525-650
